3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and comply with QuickBooks Online's terms of service. You must not use ClearLedgerHQ for any unlawful purpose.
4. Tax Credit Information Disclaimer
ClearLedgerHQ provides estimates and suggestions only. Our AI-powered analysis is not a substitute for professional tax advice. Always consult a qualified SR&ED consultant or CPA before filing tax credit claims. ClearLedgerHQ is not liable for any tax filing decisions made based on our estimates.
5. Intellectual Property
ClearLedgerHQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Top Web Zone and protected by international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClearLedgerHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
